No bandanas or “Do Rags” at any time.
No rolled-up pants legs or long shorts that fall at or just above the ankle.

No shirts with profanity, racism, drug references, and/or musical artists on them.

I got to dance with ladies who were aged 20something all the way up to 80 years old this past weekend! The Redskins Cheerleader Alumni performance 2006.

Woo Hoo! Hope I'm out there for the next 40 plus years!! The performance was dedicated to the several alumni sisters of ours who have passed away. Could not THINK of a better reason to shake the ol' groove thang.
