ChickChat to Sponsor Girls’ Night Out for Entrepreneurs
It’s Sex and the City meets Networking

October 15, 2004: – ChickChat Radio will join CitiCorp’s Women & Co, REAL Magazine, FemmeNet.com and SheFinds as a media sponsor for the first annual “Ladies Who Incubate” networking event in New York City on October 21, 2004. Event organizers FLOinc and Ladies Who Launch say the “Ladies Who Incubate” event will be like Sex and the City meets Entrepreneur Magazine.

“We’re encouraging women to make new connections, to take their products or businesses to the next level and to simply get inspired.” ChickChat co-hosts Heidi Hanzel and Lara Dyan said.

"We look forward to helping attendees network by hosting the “We Love Men Too” cocktail party” they added.

Women start their own companies and grow them at a faster rate than men (Fortune Small Business, August, "Why Women Rule"). By breaking away from the conventional suit-and-tie approach, “Ladies who Incubate” will provide a fun feminine platform for entrepreneurial women with creative businesses to network and get inspired.

Female entrepreneurs in all industries – fashion to film – will also have the opportunity to submit their business plan in person to MIXcreative, a woman-owned venture capital company who is in search of the next creative female visionary. Net proceeds to benefit Do Something Organization.
